To disable webpage suggestions on new tab page in chrome and android.

Most often we have something to do in our mind like an information we are particularly seeking or something to work on. So we open our browser and we get distracted by webpage suggestions whose title begins with
"shocking thing happened with your favorite actor/actress..."
"Must see this believe..."
"You wont believe what he/she said to ..."
or something about something or everything and we are always distracted keeping us from being productive and not wasting time.

Stop wasting time and start being more productive.

To keep you from being distracted, saving time, saving sanity, increasing your satisfaction out of your time and work. I found these steps that work by disabling the webpage suggestions on your android phone whenever you open a new tab. This way you increase your focus. 

Step1) Start chrome and open a new tab page. This is the last time you will see a distraction of webpage suggestions here. 

Step 2) Type into the address bar "chrome://flags/#enable-ntp-article-suggestions-expandable-header" and select "Disable" from the dropdown menu. 

Step3) Type into the address bar "chrome://flags/#enable-ntp-remote-suggestions" and select "Disable" from the dropdown menu.

Step4) Relaunch the browser.

An honest review of Lily Kiswani

After several "cheated" and "scammed" experience with previous functional medicine doctors, such as Jignesh Mehta and Shabnam Das Kar, I thought I had gained experience and got a little smarter, but good grief!

So, I called up and emailed Lily Kiswani and told and wrote her about my problems to keep myself proofs of what she claims and what she could deliver. I got a reply back that, "yes, they can certainly be tackled through our protocols". If there was a certainty issue involved , one with any ethics would not charge you the whole money for the treatment, one would see if they are sure of helping you before they could charge you. Sounds Legit or Right to anybody ? Here she sounded sure that my issues could be handled without seeing or getting any lab tests done. So the man who thought he has grown smarter, went her to see her enthusiastically, only to have the experience repeated.

Also on the phone, I specifically asked her  if she can help me with the diet. Because unless the diet is dialed-in , taking supplements is like taking a pain-killer while there is still a stone in the shoe. She said "yes, she will help me on that" How I wish I had recorded that call too. Secondly, Taking supplements without correcting your diet is masking the symptoms only. See what happened in reality. With the food intolerances like mine, a non allergen diet is what I could only live on.

Naturally I was skeptical of her abilities when already who doctors have failed, so I asked her for any the references of any patients who were healed with similar issues like me. She did seem very transparent on that.

The quality of her could have been judged from the scrambled word document she asks you to fill. The quality of her could have been further judged by the too many personal psychological questions she asks you during the visit, like a psychologist would. That should have given me a hint that this was a psychiatrist and not someone who I needed with an extensive experience in resolving gut issues.

After going through all your dirty laundary for 3 hours and 30 minutes out of the 4 hours of scheduled visit, she goes through the elimination diet *eye rolls*. Who in the world who has gut issues does not know about elimination diet!? That is not what I came 4 hours travelling for!! I could read that on the internet and that too in an even better manner. Anyway, she did not go into detail, like you would expect after paying so much and promising you that she would, she skirts through the subject on elimination diets as "eat things that you are not intolerant to" and "after 1 month eat those things again"

After that she will give a low down on how many visits you would need after that. Need less to say I did not go for any follow-up because I did not feel any better nor she was of any help. I could have been better off on my own. Again if you had spent 10 mins watching any youtube video and even read one article on the internet on the subject you would get the same information that you would have gotten after paying 18000 Rs to her and wasting 8 hours of your time.

One day I got superb frustrated from the lack of progress and asked her to come to the point. Apparently she does not like such point blank questions for which you paid her and consequently gets offended. Also, she doesn't give answers to complex questions. As I said before she can only tell you to do Low Carb and High Fat diet *rolls eyes*

She went from "Your issues can certainly be tacked to" in the first pic to "Your issues are complex" in the last pic.


EDIT : Looking back even more, she(Lily Kiswani) has hurt me more than she has helped. After taking her naive and ignorant advice, I had more health issues occurring than before I went to her.

Honest Review of Jignesh Mehta a self-proclaimed biologcal or Holistic dentist Mumbai.

I just want to share a very bad experience and stressful situation with a self-proclaimed holistic dentist or a Biological dentist a one Jignesh Mehta in Vile Parle. I will be open to discuss with anybody my extremely negative experience/profiteering/unprofessional/ with no regard to patient safety. I am lucky enough to have saved myself my being scammed by him by asking him all the questions for which he didn't provide even one convincing answer. i found him on the talkinternational website http://www.talkinternational.com/holistic-dentists/biological-dentist-india.html. Date 2017_06_12 :- I went to Jignesh Mehta's Clinic in VIle Parle to consult about my amalgam fillings.
My cell phone was at the table when I was discussing and asking questions to him. Instead of answering questions on my treatment plan and methods, he jumps on my phone, interrupting my questions, as
JM: wow, is this an IPhone?
Me: No, its just samsung
JM: Looks like an IPhone
Me: Yeah, its just samsung.
Plus some more exchange on the phone, which wasted 5 minutes and broke my concentration.
He sure wanted it to be an phone, so that he could think of me as a bigger bakra.
This phone inquiry happened in the middle of the serious discussion for which I had paid him 1500/-

He gives me a treatment plan which was to remove amalgam fillings and put a white composite and a crown over the top of it. I asked him a couple of question during the visit itself, but instead of answering them, he tells me to not think too much. I should have known right there that he has problems answering questions on his treatment plans. Tells me to just go with it.I have a recording of it so you call can hear. I will upload that in the near future.

Isnt it a patients right to know
How the amalgam will be removed?
What precautions will he take to address inhaling the huge amount of mercury vapors?
Why is there a need for a crown?
What type of metal is the crown made of?
What or How the tooth will be further drilled or cut to put the crown on it?

Date 2017_06_30:- I called him (Jignesh Mehta ) to know if he knows any laboratory in India in which we could test the allergy of the composite filling with my immune system. Obviously did not know any and instead told me, stressing it, to just get the fillings replaced and go ahead with his treatment plan. Unfortunately, I didn't have that call recorded. So I cannot upload it.

Date 2017_07_08 :-
I asked questions on this treatment plan over an email which I asked him over the phone also, mind that, to which he said .. Dont worry just go ahead with the plan... such as type of crown and material of the crown and other necessary details. He does NOT reply to my email and calls me to give a bunch a boohakies on why he cannot go ahead with his OWN given treatment plan! He gave me a bunch of "Faltu Funde on my condition" on which I am an expert myself since I have been educating myself on the subject for 4 years. He completely backs of from his own given treatment plan. He on contrary was lying, lying and never stopped lying and giving me only faltu ke funde. He will still and also not write an email to me on what we had just discussed! How trustable is he?! Was he winging it blindly on my health with his treatment before.? or taking chance on my health? to make a about a measly sum of 20,000/- of off me ? How cheap!

This is half of the email with all the questions I sent him on July 7th today is 9th Sept and I still never got any reply despite asking him to reply several times.

Whats with him (Jignesh Mehta , Vile Parle) asking you all these questions about your job position and the company which you work for? Does he want to charge more according to a person's profession?? Thats another sign of a fraudster/scamster. Secondly, He didn't even give me a bill either for the consultation fees I paid 1500/- despite asking multiple times. Is he also a tax evader ?

Beware of him. He could be taking a chance with your health too. Would you trust him with your health ?

Can you trust a doctor with anything if he will never write anything on paper or email ?! What is he hiding?! Is he a scamster too afraid of getting caught?!

I recently wrote a review on this "Doctor" Jignesh Mehta's shop on google. I have written my critical reviews on his shop before too, which were immediately deleted. Anybody know how he got all 100% 5-Star reviews ? :) You will not be able to find this review on his reviews ever again.

I learned a lot from this book. I learned so much how the dentistry infact does not agree with many physiological functions of the human body. I would recommend anyone to read this book, which has helped me many a times and more importantly prevented from taking antibiotics or doing drilling, root canal or metalic crown installation. All of these activate the immune system and cause infllammmation and degrade our health.

The teeth can naturally become strong, heal cavity without any "holistic" doctor telling you how and you can save lakhs of rupees in the process. I have healed my cavity, by gods grace, and I am a living proof. Dont need to go to any dental "doctor", conventional or "holistic"

I dont make a penny out of this recommendation, just trying to help people to take control of their health.

Honest Review of Dr Shabnam Das Kar

Good Evening!

As most of you would know if you had read my previous post I have many health issues since I was born. I have been suffering my whole life and have been pretty bad at social relationships, education and at workplace. I have food allergies, food sensitivities, hormonal imbalance, eczema, body acne, bad breath arising out of it, adrenal fatigue etc. These mean that I cannot eat 60-70% food that you normal people can eat.

What is Functional Medicine ?
Functional Medicine is exactly opposite of conventional medicine. It studies the root cause of many chronic diseases, which is the gut, such as diabetes Type 2, cancer, etc unlike conventional medicine. That is pretty good if you ask me. In Functional Medicine food, organic food, is used as a medicine rather than medicines itself which has zillions of known and unknown side-effects. All these disease and many more can be easily improved by improving one's gut (stomach, small intestine and large intestine).

To address my issues, I went to a Functional Medicine doctor in Mumbai, India. That doctor claims to be the only functional medicine doctor in India. Things that happened during the appointment that were alarming my suspicion and cynicism of her.

1) She seemed more interested in selling Amway Supplements. She could be an Amway saleswoman easily. She did recommend a lot of supplements and that too from Amway touting Amway has the best quality of all the supplement making companies in the world. *DING DING DING DING*. A doctor an amway saleswoman also ? Yes, She is an amway sales woman. The entire world knows about that the company as a Scamway.

2) She recommended I buy her webinar that she is giving away for a very attractive special price to me at 1500/- which she normally sells at Lakhs of rupees. * DING DING DING *. In my kind of health issues which is Gut Dysbiosis, eating a nutrient dense food is of paramount importance. I knew that from very reliable sources. When she (the doctor) was making a recommendation of 5 supplements, I asked her if whole foods are enough to provide the nutrition we need, to which she replied "whole foods do not provide enough nutrition. That is why you have to BUY my webinar". What about the huge money I am already paying you for 30 mins "as consultation" ?

3) Since my coming onto earth I have been skeptical of doctors. She, like many others in my life history based on the appointment with her, seemed more interested in making money out of suffering and poor patients than actually curing them.

4) She would counter my questions with her question, for example, when i would ask "why do I have  poor sleep at night", she would ask to me "why do you think that is so ?" and I would end up giving my thoughts on it and she would reply as "ok". After all that I still didn't have any answer to any of my questions including "Why do I have poor sleep".

5) There is a big mania going on in the health community about the "Paleo Diet"; which is a diet consisting of nuts and seeds, vegetables, meat and fish, avoiding grains, beans and legumes. Some people also say Paleo diet is same as LCHF(Low carb, High Fat) diet, although I don't believe that now, she seemed to believe Paleo is LCHF. Anyways, I was already eating LCHF and told her that I feel very uncomfortable on LCHF diet, any patient would be expecting an answer to their problems and questions; but no, not with Dr Shabnam Das Kar, she told me to read two books to get my own answers. That sounded a small alarm in my head. The alarm became louder and louder when I came home.

6) I sensed a general disdain for India in the meeting with her. She had this aura and expression that communicated non-verbally to me when she said that "she is from Canada and is not from here(India)" said in a tone and manner that says she is as if above all of us 125 crore Indians. She was very quick to say "Mera Hindi itna achcha nahi hai", said in a such a proper tone and proper stress that nobody would believe her she is not from India. During the meeting she would ask questions on lifestyle and when I would answer something, she would be quick to interrupt me with "yeah, ye India hai, yahan pe aisa hi hota hai" with a sad voice or as "this happens only in India". She did mention more often than not that she was not from India repeatedly.

This has been my experience with the doctor, and your experience may vary.

Bottom Line: Many and most doctors are unethical and immoral. They are so immoral that they like to rob the patients of all their life saving before giving them a chance at defending themselves. That being said there ARE many doctors are who can give you good results. Just be-ware on how to identify a phony one. These good doctors are far and few in between but added up totally they are quite many that you wont miss all the ones who you feel are CHARLATANS. Trust me, there are quite a lot of these in the health and medical industry
