Yearly tribute to the movie shawshank redemption

Paid my 8th yearly Tribute to the Finest movie ever made, a movie that still gives me goosebumps even after 8 years of first watching it.‪#‎ShawshankRedemption‬

"Hope is a good thing, and no good thing ever dies." This movie personifies Freedom and it resonates well among those who feel like a prisoner to the society.

Here is a very very beautiful quote regarding Freedom that I hope will erase all your doubts about Freedom and whether you are deserving of it or no and why you dont feel happy for your own Freedom.

Unless a man has talents to make something of himself, freedom is an irksome burden. Of what avail is freedom to choose if the self be ineffectual? We join a mass movement to escape individual responsibility, or, in the words of the ardent young Nazi, "to be free from freedom."

Two ways of doing things in India

In India there are two ways of doing things.
One way is the right , honest way with Integrity.
The other way is bureaucratic.
And for reasons such as Ego, false suprimacy, afraid of change, they choose to do the later.

Among many other things, IQ is also very important in choosing a wife

Hello Guys, This news made a very nice tone with me, basically this news event proved what I have been used to say offline to my friends. That choose a wife carefully, A prospective wife must be an Independent women with High Self-esteem, High Loyalty , and High IQ. Any IQ points of 90 is the minimum bench mark and any thing below that is horrible waste of time and life if god forbids you end up marrying her. Read the below article of the ruling of Maharashtra High Court Judge. Please note the signs of low IQ in a women according to this case study is

  • Threatening to commit suicide
  • Quarreling over petty issues
I might add other things which women do that are a big trouble to your life later...
If you get something in mind after reading this, please write it in the comment below.

"The Nagpur bench of the Bombay high court on Tuesday had granted divorce to a man on grounds of cruelty, upholding the opinion of a psychologist and psychiatrist that it is very difficult to lead a happy married life with a woman who has low IQ.
The psychologist and psychiatrist had stated in the Nagpur family court that an acceptable IQ was 90 and it was difficult to lead a happy married life with someone whose IQ is under 70.
The IQ of the woman in this case is 62. Also, IQ cannot be improved with medication, the psychiatrist and psychologist said.
Along with this, considering other evidence established with regard to cruelty, a family court granted divorce to the man.
The woman, however, had challenged the verdict of the family court before the high court.
But, the higher court also upheld the opinions of the psychologist and psychiatrist as well as the family court’s order and dismissed the wife’s appeal.
The couple had got married on November 27, 2009 in Nagpur.
The woman is from Nagpur while the man is a Chhattisgarh resident.
After marriage, the husband found that the woman was unable to see properly and used to quarrel over petty issues.
On December 22, 2009, after a quarrel, the wife suddenly cracked her fingers and then scratched herself.
She also used to threaten to commit suicide, his petition stated."

Before you criticize the Government, Reflect and Think about what you have done for the country.

Dear Indians,

The Information technology has given access to so many news and views of journalists. Politics and Political Parties are the most common topic of "discussion" and criticism. We say and speak without thinking and even tough we do not know the matter fully. Even if we are the expert on that matter, we must be humble.
So, Before we criticize out Government, saying that this Government is bad or anything else. Please, Please reflect on this Question, "What have we done as the citizens of India, as the primary responsible people of the nation; for our country, for our society". I pose following questions in extension of that thought

  • Have we been the kind of neighbor we want to have ourselves.
  • Do we drive carefully on the roads, respecting each others space, and following all rules for safety.
  • Did we do enough research and study into the characters of the political people we are going to vote for or against.
  • Pollution is a huge problem in our country.  Do we do try to save trees and be minimum consumer of natural resources. Our country if not so rich with Energy resources, considering the amount of brothers and sisters ie the population this country is serving.
  • Did we save enough money, before we spend. For a healthy Indian economy, All citizens must produce / save first, before they consume / spend.
  • Do you smile at your friends and family everytime you get a chance to see them? Why this is important for a country? Because the change, humanity and kindness begins at home, for ourselves and for others who deserve when they are not breaking any law. Politely condemn when the person is breaking the law.
  • Have you been an active participant in keeping the law and order of our country safe and sound? Security and Safety is not only the responsibility of the cops, we are all responsible for it.

Please guys, due to the nature of this post, it is not possible to write each and every thought that goes in my mind, Please try to think and act. We do not want to give a bad India to our children.

Please do not have an "Entitlement" mentality, that society owes you something, what you sow is what you reap. You sow honesty, Integrity, Hard-work, faithfulness, kindness into society, what is precisely what you and your children will get. Make no mistake, many societies have these Entitlement mentality, that the Government, the society, you and me, owe somebody something. This kind of mentality is very dangerous because you are essentially giving away the power to make you happy to somebody else. That just cannot happen in real world. Your own good actions will give you good results and happiness.

Why do Indian women think they can disrespect men?

Why do women in India think they can disrespect Indian Men?

It must be a subconscious thing what a women is doing, thinking in her mind that he will come back. and many Indian men do come back for another round of beating after they get disrespected because well you know, its India and there is a hell a lot of conservatism, socialism, class-ism etc to deal with which makes meeting more people that much harder.

What kind of disrespect I am talking about? There are many
Scenario 1)
a) girl likes a guy
b) guy responds by asking her out
c) girl turns down the offer.

Now, many guys in above mentioned types go and ask another time, she turns him down, again, he asks another time and another time and one more time. she turns him down all along. This has happened with many of my close friends. and after some more asking (seeking more punishment) the girl finally (due to lack of her options I guess) agrees to go out.

In between all the asking out, there is a lot of chatting personally and on phone, which is like being a girlfriend with the girl, etc. If she wanted to know the guy, she would date.

On the contrary there are some guys (like your author for instance) has ever only asked a girl out once. Once a girl has not accepted a date, or given a maybe definite date (which I dont accept in return) or has broken a date she is dead to me. I flush the number down the toilet like some sort of a waste.

Guys dont waste time with a time waster.

Future may not be in IT

For an IT worker in mumbai to buy an apartment is too difficult, then why do all the guys, particularly the fresh lot from college not working in construction? Its not only the apartments that are way expensive, almost everything is expensive these days? why are people not looking at that area to make a handsome profit out of this high prices?

Profits in IT industries are NOT growing as it grew in the past, there is a link why many major IT company CEOs resigned (infy, tcs, wipro) in the last 1-2 years.

Why isn't anybody not building buildings? or opening more colleges? (college fees are too damn high too), vegetables(prices too high) -- do farming, raw materials(prices too high) -- do mining?

Real Estate Prices in Mumbai

Mumbai real estate prices are ludicrous, Resident buildings are rising higher and higher while there is not one commercial building of even 5 stories. 90% buildings on the outer area are stark empty. Yet their prices are 1 crore.

Please O please tell me who is of any sane mind buys an apartment as an investment when anybody -- just anybody can build dozens of 10 story buildings right in the same area.

Real estate prices in navi mumbai have doubled in some areas around nerul & kharghar and have tripled in areas like vashi & Koperkhairne in just 5 years. Does this sound like the Sun is shining too bright on real estate in mumbai?

let me just note the reasons for further price increase and/or decrease.

Increase:

  1. Higher Population than China in next 15 years.
  2. Devaluation of Rupee in the future.
  3. Interest rates could down for a couple of years, which increases the real estate prices.

Decrease:
  1. Indian economy is not going to do well in the future. (point 2 in Increase)
  2. If economy does do well in the future, it wont be due to IT, which would mean manufacturing and production would be carried out outside the city.
  3. Demand, I dont see much demand in the housing, As mentioned above most of these buildings are unoccupied. Supply, there is just too much of it.
