Its time for me to write a review on Opulentus, this review comes after almost 9 months of haggling ,customer frustration, blood boiling, unprofessionalism, 90% lack of knowledge about their own job and very very fraudulent practices when it comes to dealing with money. Almost 9 months ago I unfortunately fell prey to their repeated, repeated emails and phone calls to buy their services and oh so million golden opportunities waiting for your to grab, they speak of.
A reader reading my blog might think that I am a very negative person, but any person with atleast some awareness of the on-goings in the current world and any person with atleast some logic and common sense could see the difference between how immoral, unethical ways of doing things by companies and corporates have become now versus in the past.
I will a step by step blood boiling incidents, frustrations and their lack of knowledge in detail as I find time and recollect. The bottom line is 9 months have been wasted and 1.5 Lakhs wasted not even one rupee worth of work is done by them nor one satisfactory moment has been experienced and the main task of getting a visa , I am still working on it.
1st Step in their Process, is they ask you to do a FULL payment. and then they send you a service agreement with all the clauses that are heavily heavily unfair to the customer, which you have to sign. If they were a honest company, tell me what they should do? Common sense dictates that the customer must be given the agreement first and then if the customer feels satisfied with the rigged clauses then the customer should sign and make a payment. This first experience gave me a clue on how fraudulent their practices were to begin with and more were to follow in the days ahead.
..to be continued.
